Have you recently taken on the role of Club Secretary or are considering doing so in the future or would like some "how to" tips from others?
Our Secretaries’ Forum is designed to support you. This interactive session will feature a panel of experienced secretaries who will share practical insights about managing agendas, minutes, correspondence and club administration. There will also be plenty of time to ask questions and learn useful tips to help you feel confident and organised in the role. It’s a great opportunity to learn from those who have done the job and to connect with others stepping into this important leadership position.
Adele Warburton: I am currently club secretary of Si North Canterbury
Ingrid Hendricks: I joined SI Melba in Victoria in March 2023 and am currently in the process of transferring to SI Brisbane Water in NSW. I was the Correspondence Secretary for the Club for 2025
Jenni Lumsden: I joined Soroptimist International Mandurah in 2013 and have been club secretary for the last six years.
Roz Miller: I joined SI New Plymouth, New Zealand in 2019. I have previously been club secretary and am now secretary elect for SIANZ.
Sheela Chandran: I have been a member of SI Petaling Jaya, Malaysia since 2016 and have taken on many roles within the club.
